Mama's Got A Brand New Bag

From the book Sew What! Bags by Lexie Barnes.  This is the City Satchel.  I added some heavy duty interfacing between layers on the front and back for structure.  Though, the pattern said lining it was optional, I didn't feel it would be finished without it, and it was easy enough to do.  The instructions were very clear and well thought out.  The strap was a bit long for me so I folded it over at the shoulder and stitched it.  All in all, I'm very pleased with it!

One For Me

This was fun and simple to make.  From Twinkle's Weekend Knits, it's the Peony scarf, only I made it about half the width and 3/4 of the length.  Used Twinkle Soft Chunky, of course, purchased at Compatto Yarn Salon in Santa Monica.

Silly Bunny

The pattern for this little bunny is from Wee Wonderfuls. It's a free download which is so nice.  I'm not big on projects that require hand sewing but this was very simple with minimal handwork.
