9 years ago, a little boy named Zander was very interested in construction trucks. We lived in Brooklyn at that time and everyday there was some kind of digger, excavator, dump truck or cement mixer to stop and watch on our walks around the hood. And you can see below what he was for Halloween.
Now, another little boy, Beckett, has become obsessed with trucks. Every Wednesday we have to run outside or at least to the window to watch the garbage trucks. If we pass a construction vehicle while we're driving somewhere, he cries when it goes out of sight.
So I made this little set of place mat, napkin and bib so he can even enjoy some truck action while he eats.
The place mat is just cut fabric with pinked edges that I laminated with paper I bought at Staples.
