Cushion Makeover

I had these cushions from Ikea.   The fabric was cute...but I wanted a little more sophistication for the dining room chairs.  I actually had this great fabric from Anna Maria Horner in my stash just waiting for the right thing. 

 I made the covers "envelope style"  on the back so I could just slip them off for washing.
