My Days Are Numbered...

...to have this sweet baby asleep on me.  I'm trying to savor them as this is my last time around.  What a delicious surprise little number 4 is.

How I Get Dressed in the Morning

If it wasn't for the fun the sink provides, I'd be walking about all scraggly.  Beckett LOVES to stick his feet and (and occasionally his bum) in the bubbly water.  And mama gets to primp, pluck and prettify. 

Who's That Gardener?

In our own backyard!  Maybe because we're in the middle of Los Angeles or maybe because we haven't done it before, but this seems like magic!

Holiday on Ice

Forgive me.  I'm about to brag.

It wouldn't be the holidays around here without the Winter Recital at Culver Ice Arena.  Zander skated to Mr. Grinch and did a beautiful axel for the the first time in a performance.  He and his partner Leah did an adorable pairs number to Here Comes Santa Claus...their footwork was  amazing!  And Violet skated the best she's ever done to Hurt by Christina Aguilliera.  It was  gorgeous.  Did I mention how proud I am of them?

The Cousins Had A Birthday

Beckett and Guinevere both turned one on October 26th and November third respectively.  I made them some crowns, and balls, and Guin also got 2 dresses and a blouse.  And Aunt Kyle made Beckett his own family crest!  How cool is that?  She silkscreened the ninja part of it onto some pants for him and is going to put the whole crest on a jacket for him.  But best of all is the open-mouthed cake kiss I got from my boy!!!

I think this is the first picture of Alexi & Noah with the babes. I think it's a keeper.

Re-use.

I made Beckett a pair of pants out of a maternity dress that I wore A LOT while I was pregnant with him. He seems pretty happy with them.

Gnarly Teeth

I meant to post these awhile ago. Zander got these "teeth" for his birthday. We all had fun, except Violet who can be seen peeking out from behind the couch in the first photo. She rallied later, though. Check out Beckett's perplexed expressions!
